I would love for you, your colleagues and your volunteers to be involved in this research project as your experiences of working in the social sector are incredibly valuable. I seek to better understand how employees and volunteers experience learning within social sector organisations, and how training programs, organisational resilience, funding, and learning cultures are interconnected.

I am deeply interested in how we do things in the social sector and love learning new things. I am passionate about using evidence to support practice and see research as a core part of this. I am fortunate enough to be studying to complete a Masters of Business Administration and this research is part of my final dissertation.
