Ready gives you the space, structure and expertise to explore what could work for your organisation.
Together, we'll look at your assets, strengths and opportunities, explore different ways you could generate income and assess the options against your capacity and ambitions. We'll consider potential return, risk and what it would take to make each idea work, helping you identify where your limited resources are best spent.

You know which income opportunity you want to pursue. Now you need to work out what it will actually take to deliver it.
Funded takes the opportunity identified through Ready, or one you have already chosen, and turns it into a realistic plan.
Together, we'll work through what needs to happen, who needs to be involved, the resources and capacity required, financial implications, risks and timescales. We'll involve the right people along the way, helping to build shared ownership and make sure the plan works in practice, not just on paper.
Funded is for you if:

Go is the implementation stage of Ready Funded Go. We work alongside your team to keep things moving, tackle challenges as they arise and turn the plan into practical delivery.
We'll also help build the skills, confidence, systems and processes your organisation needs to take ownership of the new income stream beyond our involvement.
You will leave with:

Go isn't offered as a standalone service.
We believe successful implementation starts with getting the thinking and planning right. By developing and testing the opportunity with you first, we can move into delivery confident that what we're implementing is realistic and right for your organisation.
The full Ready Funded Go programme

From exploring your options through to implementation, you'll have expert support alongside you throughout the journey.
The three stages have a combined value of £11,520, but the biggest benefit of taking the full journey is continuity. By the time we reach implementation, we understand your organisation, we've tested the opportunity together and we've built a realistic plan for making it happen.
Ready Funded Go is designed as a complete journey and, wherever possible, this is the route we recommend. It gives us the time to move from finding the right opportunity to making it happen, with each stage building on the work before it.
We also know organisations come to us at different points. Ready and Funded can be commissioned individually, so if you need support to identify the right opportunity or already have one and need help building a robust plan, you can start with the stage that fits where you are now.
Go is only available as part of the full Ready Funded Go journey, because successful implementation depends on the thinking, testing and planning that comes before it.

Ready Funded Go is led by Social Sector Support founder Jenny Raschbauer, who brings 20 years' experience of helping charities develop sustainable approaches to income generation.
