A board-approved income generation plan with a detailed delivery map for one new income stream. Ready for your team to implement or for you to bring in specialist delivery support. Hands-on support to launch the first phase, get momentum going and embed changes within the team ensuring future sustainability of delivery.

Bespoke training and support for your team to ensure successful delivery and embed the approach
Creation of a full suite of bespoke, editable resources that your team needs for delivery
Systems and processes which save you time and complement existing work
Launch the first activities (write the first grant application, pitch to first corporates, run the pilot event – whatever the plan requires)
Troubleshooting and coaching as you hit early obstacles
Review session to assess progress and set next targets

I create the systems, tools and build your team's confidence and capability so the income stream doesn't collapse when I leave.

How this works:

I am collaborative. I will work with your team, ensuring that they have the tools, resources, systems and processes in place to deliver. I use a facilitatory approach to ensure your team drives this work.

This means that to work with me you will need:

CEO buy-in and fortnightly check-ins with me
One trustee board session in Month 3 (and additional if needed)
Two whole-team meetings: one in Month 1, one in Month 3 or 4
Staff time to engage with the work – this only succeeds if your team's involved

My guarantee

If at the end of Month 1 you don't believe this is right for your organisation, we'll part ways and I'll refund 50% of the fee. I'm confident in what I do, and you shouldn't pay for something that isn't working.
