Research

In 2025 I completed my Masters of Business Administration research dissertation. The research question: Exploring employee and volunteer experiences of learning across their organisations, and relationships between training, organisational resilience, funding, and learning cultures in NPO organisations.

I was awarded a distinction for this work.

Impact Report

In 2024/5 I co-designed and wrote an evaluation for a one year project to support Derbyshire's Community Hubs.

Impact Report

After leading the Community Chesterfield Project, an innovative partnership project between Derbyshire Voluntary action and the University of Derby for five years I wrote the final evaluation report.

Project Development

I brought together social sector organisations to explore how the Five Ways to Wellbeing could be used as a collective impact measure across the sector.
